Dear self,

You have exactly 8 months to lose 8 kg plus all the unnecessary fats on your tummy and cheeks. If you don't put your plan into action now, nothing will ever happen to you. You need to stop buying little little snacks to munch on because those 'little' snacks will result in severe consequences. But please remember that once in a while, it is absolutely alright to indulge in your all time favourite 'Mc Spicy Meal up Size Change Drink to Milo' or your 'Two Piece Chicken Meal Change Coleslaw to Cheese Fries'. But also remember to substitute all those snacks to fruits. You may not want to even try to eat vegetables for now but please remember that you have low in iron and you need to eat all the necessary food to keep your body healthy.

And ouh, try to exercise too? Remember you said you wanted to start walking to the interchange every morning instead of taking the bus? Yes, the sun may be a killer but there's always ways. It all depends on whether you really want to do it or not. And for this to happen, you need to have the support from your friends and family. So in 8 months time, when you look at yourself in the mirror, you better hope you see a difference. Remember that you're doing this for your own good. All the best.
